Saxophone Lessons
Fun easy to follow lessons, open to all ages and abilities!
Lessons for children cover all aspects of music including basic theory.
Lessons focus on learning in a fun, interactive way that encourages students to play their favourite tunes and be creative with their instruments. We also work with the voice and use percussion.
Students can work towards an ABRSM exam in classical or jazz saxophone, or play for pleasure. These exams count towards Ucas points and can also be used as part of The Duke of Edinborough scheme.
Lessons for adults cover all the usual aspects of playing the saxophone but also offer a more tailored approach.
Learn to play your favourite tunes and improvise. If you are not keen on reading music, then various techniques teach you to play intuitively and by memory. Adults also have the opportunity to take ABRSM jazz or classical exams.
There will also opportunitys to play with other people of your level.

Lessons are available at my home in Stratford -upon Avon and at Fargo Village, Coventry. I am also available to visit you at your home in the Warwickshire area subject to a travel charge.
Lessons are available at weekly and fortnightly intervals and start at £20 for 30 minutes. 6 lessons can be purchased at a discount. Please contact me for details on prices.
Absolute beginners are required to book weekly lessons for the first 6 weeks as this is the best way to navigate the initial learning curve. If you don't own a saxophone I can loan you a saxophone for a trial lesson.

48 hours notice is required to cancel or move a lesson. Same-day cancellations are charged at the full rate.
